Can't remember which poster mentioned the colorful bulbs planted by volunteers in the turnaround circle in front of the E. Glouc. School. Drove by today, and it's still putting on quite a show of color, crowds of tulips and daffodils.

OK, the Shaw's/S&S thread was interesting... so not I want to pick the collective brain here for.. the best lawn and garden center in the general area.

I'll probably miss one or two, so feel free to check "other" and tell us your choice.

In any case, let us know why. Is it prices, knowledgeable staff, selection, or some other thing that draws you to one over the other?

I'm thinking of buying a used bike to ride to the commuter rail station in the mornings during the summer. If it needs some work like new breaks or new tires, is there a reputable bike repairer in the area?

Also, can anyone recommend a good bike lock?

Went to the store and noticed "Scott" tissue(1,000 sheet rolls) was on sale so I picked up a 6 pack, made it to a half roll then had to give it up. Man that stuff is like the math paper we used to use in school, not to mention it's paper thin. Picked me up some "Charmin" Ultra Soft tissue, aaaaahhhhhhhhh.

They should put on the package, "may cause chafing" or some kind of warning.
