There are times a photo album just won't 'accept' an image. It goes through the upload process but when you view the album, all there is is that dreaded block with an X in the upper corner where the thumbnail image should be. Seems to go for the same images over and over again but others with the same characteristics (file type, size, etc.) do just fine.

son of a gun....i played around with the color contrast and brightness buttons on my monitor and slowly the the board came to life...i'm seeing the sand-white-sand now...

star squiggle: Since no one else has reported that they do not see the alternating colors, I think it may be a problem with how your browser is rendering colors? (The question mark is because I really have no idea!) Do you have IE on your computer and can you check it with that? I did look at MissDimples' board and I see alternating gray and yellow rows.

JimB: I believe that user accounts/profiles and boards are separate features. All member accounts are now...

Question: If we create profiles that hog bandwidth does it cost this board more money or are the profiles a separate feature as far as costs go?

Huh. I've looked at the board on two different computers using Firefox, Netscape and two versions of IE and I've seen the alternating colors with all.

If anyone else has the same problem as star squiggle or did and fixed it, please post here and maybe together we can find a solution for her.

Are the posts showing up in alternating colors for you? I see white/sand/white which separates them clearly for me. I can look into adding a line/border if others have the same problem - I think I've seen that modification talked about in the help forums.

Stats are off on all boards.
You might also see view counts that are not right.

If you see your stats being off or if you can't see the ads settings or daily ads views in your stats section, there is no need to report it.
The developers are working on it and will push a fix shortly.

Cathy - maybe I've solved the problem - something for others to look out for, also. JAVA must be installed and updated for symbols to show up. Hopefully, this will take care of it. Thanks for assistance.

I've used IE7 at home and IE6 at work - no problems with either. Seems there must be something in your browser that is not letting those images display, but I'm afraid I can't help much with that. You could search the Support Forums - you may came across someone who had the same problem and found a fix. If not, you could post the question there.

OK - I think, once again, I'm all set EXCEPT when I click on "Add Reply" (NOT quick reply) I am getting empty white boxes where there should be symbols for underlining, bold, smileys etc. I do, however, get description of what box is when I point at box. I am using IE7. Also, spell check does not highlight misspelled word - can someone help, please? All else seems to be working OK.

We have been notified that the message board is scheduled to be migrated to Yuku this week. I've been reading through some things on Yuku and it seems that "this week" could mean any day, one of these weeks, or next month.

Some migrations have gone smoothly, others have not.
