the photo and be able to post it here, I will. One of my old neighbors parked a rusty Ford Fairmont next to his nemesis and popped the hood. Left it like that
for years. Neighbor wars can get nasty, just be prepared for one-upmanship. ]]></description>

thereby smoking out my friend on a regular basis. He has called and visited the Building Department, to no avail. Enforcement appears to be lacking, which may
