Proud of his heritage and Gloucester&#39;s as well. Always concerned for Gloucester&#39;s well being and an advocate of one of our greatest asset....the
harbor. This city needs more &quot;Joe&#39;s&quot; and less &quot;village idiots&quot;!

Back to the real issue, I agree with both CaptJoe and Damon. There certainly can be creative solutions which reflect a balance between the needs to preserve
history and green space and the economic realities which have to be addressed.
