Aged nuns  in their 90&#39;s, who&#39;d worked as teachers, nurses their whole adult lives, in Indiana, turned away from polls, because they&#39;d never
driven, and did not have valid drivers&#39; license photo id&#39;s. DUH! 

 

Clerks running out of ballots, voters turned away, and told to come back later when new ballots printed, finally got to the polls, just before 9 pm.  So
working... ]]>

2) general election by popular vote----PERIOD!

3) cap on spending and serious consequences for cheating (like disqualification and jail time)

4) an established campaign &quot;season&quot; which designates a reasonable length of time in which to do the campaigning

5) all rules apply to all parties and candidates... ]]></description>
