You, (not really you per Se,) rained on my parade. I did not have to "Google" ......YET, because I am an avid book reader. I thought that the people that are book addicts like me would just be able type out the name in a flash. That was the intent anyway.
I knew it would eventually get...

My Dad LOVED his work and had quite a few of his books which I imagine were originals since he bought them back in the Fifties. He read parts of those books to us when we were kids.

I bet those books are still in his house. I'll have to ask my brother to find them and save them for me --- along with all the Foxfire books which Dad also collected.

Realist, Yes, "The Stones of Summer" is by Dow Mossman.

"Into Thin Air" by John Kraukauer (sp?)...loved it BTW.

How about 1) "Birdsong", 2) "Mein Kampf"(ha!), and 3) "Papillion"(sp?) that ought to keep someone busy cause I gotta go nighty night.

If you like to read or not - name the author. When you answer correctly then add your book title for the next person to figure out. Make it EASY or HARD. Try......and keep it going. I'm trying to be positive here. This is getting oh so hard for me!
