For anyone with a web site or blog - I found a tip about these tools in the Yuku Customizing Forum:
These are Firefox Extensions, Web developer tools and Aardvark. Firefox will automatically give you the option to install these if you click on the install link on each page. You'll need to restart Firefox after that.
The css and html editors render a split screen and you can edit with a live preview of your page. Just a preview -you can experiment with them, make changes, see exactly what happens and your site will not be affected while you're doing it. There are dozens of other features offered with them that I haven't even looked at.
One feature I did notice - a direct connect to validator.w3.org. I've used that site (not often enough) to check broken links on my sites and the web developer tool offers a direct link with the web address for the page you're viewing automatically entered.
