If you moved to Maine, when land was cheap and miss ya friends-------How would you go about creating a commune fer aging hippy friends to defray the costs of
taxes and upkeep? Got any Ideas????

Create a liberal Quaker colony. I attended my last year of high school at The Meeting School in W. Rindge, NH.
Turned my life around. I started to learn about personal responsibility there. Quakers rock! |

Buy an old, but serviceable motel with a clubhouse and vinyl siding and metal roofs throughout. Sell the units as condos to retiring people, so that when they
decide they want to move on, it is their responsibility to sell it. Charge as high a condo fee as possible to provide yourself with an income.
