Capt. Joe's pics of City Hall had me going back to my pics and see if the recent work on the tower truely corrected the tilt.
Well...after examining the pics I determined there is a new dance in town....the City Hall Twist!

with the city in such financial trouble why are they spending so much money on the tower shouldn't it be spent else where?
