Is this something you are attempting to patent? If so, I wish you luck! The concept makes sense, as I can imagine the cost of rope can be exorbitant upon having to replace it over and over again?

It is the shape of a hauler plate but not the surface texture. Maybe dawn has it right, although considering the source I would bet on half of a pot hauler.
