ways the city f@-8 's us raise trash stickers water and sewer rates rising , money from water and sewer rates dont go back into the sewer water pot - so up the cost again again and again comp time doled in an unethical manner managers cashing in on sick time at retirement political favors- houses , fatter pensions growing right before retirement, (yes you know who you are?) beach stickers rising every year- where you need one to park into play ground to watch your baby swing for 20 minutes0 closing of fire depts- loss of live closing of schools- bring in trailers with no floor plans for bathrooms yea thats a good one city layoffs, lay off the small layman who made less wages but worked his butt off to support family and pay higher taxes and keep the assistant per assistant- yes that would straighten out a budget? using city vehichles , tax payers gas and insurance to attend personal events in timbucktoooo. the list could go on and on......... so mya if there is a possible way to print out trash stickers.... please let me in on it...

ok hear its i hope the boys in lanesvile dont get mad at me for spilling the beans just buy pink stickers they dont have to say anything on them the trash guys
dont check photo shop the beach stickers its easy print on clear stick sheets make shore you have gloucester high stickers on your car or other gloucester
stuff the boys at the beach wont check you and is you give them away or sell them make shore they do the same for water and sewer put a saddle valve on your
watermain behind the meter then run a 1/4 " line to your toilets the city calculates your sewer rates from your water use and they read the meter out side
your house you get to shit for free dont use it for all your water or you will get caught if the check they do it from an out side spicet have fun f##king the
city

when they closed the city landfill mayor squilice said not to wory trash disposil in gloucester will allways be free so for me it is.when they sewered north
gloucester mayor toby said now the water and sewer rates will be stable for me they are when the city council rased the beach parking rates for out of towners
they said not to wory beach stickers will always be free for me they are.the city goverment made these promises i plan to hold them to it
