Not loving this season in terms of the music. But the talent is good. But have been digging David Cook, the rocker from the midwest. Loved his cover of Billie
Jean (although I thought it was an original and heard today it wasn't). Hate the country girl. Not loving the little twerp that looks like he is 10. Like
the Irish girl. Done with the blonde piano player. Simon has been great this season. I hated the show for the first bunch of seasons and then got hooked. My
prediction. David Cook takes it by little margin. Over Sayesha.

Hmmm,. I think David Cook just got put in the bottom three tonight. I like the young kid, he's so cute and he sings very well for a 16 year old. Actually
I think Brook White (blonde piano player) may stay around for awhile. The irsih girl has a good voice, but those tatoos are gross. I also think the small
asian girl has a good voice.

Only gay men like the little Asian girl - very ordinary. The Ozzie has 2 more weeks. The boy will last. Simon Cowell IS the show. |

Yeah, David Cook is amazing... though I'm worried for him because he reminds me very much of Daughtery, and he didn't win.
Syesha is an amazing, Whitney Houston-esque vocal, but people don't think she is nice and are putting her bottom three every week, she won't last much longer. The blonde country girl is just nothing great, but I guess the guys down south want her on TV. The Ozzie is good when he sings Queen, nothing else. Chikezie was awesome and didn't deserve to go so early. Jason and the piano playing blonde I am tired of. The young kid has a great voice for 17, but is not the best... Ramiele has not sounded good since Hollywood. Carly the Irish girl already had a record deal and failed miserably...part of me thinks its not fair she is in this competition and the other part is pulling for her to succeed...So, I guess after all that, I'm rooting for Cook! |

The Blonde Country Girl, I actually like her, and knew she was going to be at least in the top 10 when they showed her audition..
David Cook is awesome, and I hope he wins.. My Opinion is that Carly should not be in the competition at ALL... She had a record deal, and it didn't do well... That really isn't fair to the amateurs that are in the competition |

i'm waiting to see Jason Castro jack it up and stop singing such boring songs...i love his smile and his dreads... but, he's just too sweet to win....ROCK IT, Jason i heard them say that Dolly Parton will be on next week....jeez, i hope the contestants don't have to sing her songs....

Carly signed a record deal when she was quite young, and the fly-by-night label was already going down the tubes when she signed. They did not promote her CD
at all. The company folded about a month or two after the CD was released. It's quite a stretch to say she ever really had a professional career OR that
the CD flopped because she was no good.
There are several others there who have had much more lucrative AND more recent professional singing experience, including David Cook... if you're going to dismiss a contestant for what you perceive as having disqualifying prior professional experience, at least be consistent -- half the final 10 would have to go... David Archillada or what ever little boy brewsters name is , needs to go.. He is soooooo not with it... I cant stand him.. He won star search as a child which is befitting to him, but I think hes smug and feels he has it in the bag.. I got a feeling he is in for a big surprise and will be out by the time it gets down to 4.. The chinese girl is good , but not great/// Carlie started off great, and has since sunk.. I dont know what she holds.. maybe nerves... The final outcome will be Brook and David Cook as the last two standing mark my words....... |

Don't underestimate the power of the teenybopper votes, Gabby. My sis-in-law tells me that her two teen daughters grab all the cell phones in the vicinity
and cast as many votes as they can for David Archuletta (or however you spell it) and the dreadlocked guy.

David Cook has the worst comb-over (actually a comb-forward) - that is getting worked on by the stylists every week...just watch the colour and 'style' changes, but he's pretty good. Castro is a stoner - we like him. (Tiny Tim?!?!) Brook needs to curb her need to always control the conversation and LISTEN...typical nanny! Somebody said 'Daughtry didn't win'. I disagree...look ate his career right now; THAT's a win by any contemporary standards. Not unlike Pickler's trajectory since the show. |

Family watching it certainly is...fun, involving - you name it. It's late-ish - but the benefits outweigh the negatives (if any) of an extra hour before

I think it will be David A. as he is the better singer and older women seem to want to squeeze his little cheeks and younger women seem to find him attractive.
(When I was growing up, I don't care how well you could sing, if you were that goofy trying to talk to a girl you weren't....well, you weren't
popular!) Cook will make a great front man and has a great rockers voice, but he was a little off in tonight's performance. Either way, they will both get
recording contracts and do well.
