recovered or safely cordoned off, state media reported today, T. 5/20/08. A French nuclear expert said the radioactive sources likely came from materials used
in hospitals, factories, and research facilities, for civilian uses, not for weapons uses. Sichuan province is HQ's for a nuclear weapons design facility
in Mianyang and a plutonium facility in Guangyuan, both cities damaged by the earthquake. 489 hospitals were hit hard by the earthquake. so sad, but lucky re:
