I need suggestions of how to proceed...
There is a water run off from the Plum Cove School through our back lawn/yard down through the neighboring Bell's yard as well.
Bigger rain bigger pooling etc.
Historically I understand that this began when School was put in and water flow changed.
With the upcoming construction and addition changes headed PCS way;
who or where should I address a concern regarding this run off, possible pollutants, elements etc.
Is this a DPW issue?
State EPA?
