and the paper waste blows mostly toward the tracks, where is piles up.
The large pkg lot is mostly litter free, except for its eastern edges. And some of its landscaping is very nice, already showing signs of spring blossoms, which in a few weeks will put on quite a show. The rr tracks near the Maplewood Ave, crossing, is always disgusting. But after observing the situation for a while, early, before 8 am, I'm convinced it's the gulls, not the customers, or area residents, or kids, or RR personell, which are responsible. Being Gloucester, it's unlikely anyone has come up with a "gull-litter solution"yet. To all who use the litter containers, many thanks, for helping to keep Gloucester cleaner.
