Why would anyone stiff an attorney and not expect retribution? And if someone had such a favorable lease that the landlord would be plotting to get them out?
then why would you be even 1 day late with rent, not to mention 3 months? It reallydoesnt make sense, does it?

Anyone know why the Cape Ann Brewery can't sell glasses of beer? If it's because there's only X amount of liquor licenses available, maybe they can
get J. Joe's. I spoke with Mike Beaton briefly about it at the Food and Wine Expo in Boston at the beginning of the week, but he was wicked busy doling out
samples of his brew. I hope they open. It's at the beginning of the Fort, and shouldn't offend any yuppies.

We have worked hard to get where we are in life, and I am quite proud of my husband's & my accomplishments.. Sure, I've been a Stay AT Home Mom for the past almost 6 years now, but I have 2 fantastic kids.. Stay AT Home cracks me up, because I am never just 'at home with kids" |
