I was voted Miss Congeniality in HS.
To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.-Theodore Roosevelt, The Kansas City Star, May 7, 1918 |

My vote goes to those who proclaim understanding, tolerance, and not stereotyping then proceed demean, belittle, condescend, and paint others with a broad
brush when thye happen to hold a different point of view.

Most likely to be voted off the island.
Most likely to make a deal. Most clueless. Most shoo-less. Most anxious to sound profound. |

I was voted best joint roller, they looked like camel non-filters Damn, wish I had known you when..... I used to practice using crushed leaves - my joints always looked awful and fell apart almost immediately! |

In my experience the secret is to cradle the paper between your index and middle finger, add the filling, and then use the thumbs of both hands to sort of
gently roll back and forth, redistributing the filling as you go. If you can wait that long....
True art is moral: it seeks to edify life, not to debase it, to hold off, at least
for a little while, the twilight of the gods and of us.

I used to practice with the shavings from the pencil sharpener in class, Frosty. My English teacher thought it was something I was doing for my art class which
I suppose, in a round-a-bout way, did improve my creativity.
