In 1999 The North Shore Arts Association held a retrospective of the
works of Frederick J. Mulhaupt (1871-1938). Mulhaupt painted in Gloucester and many of the paintings in the exhibition are of Gloucester and the waterfront. I
just uploaded a slideshow containing many of these paintings in case anyone is interested in having a look:

He rented a room in the house on the corner of Rocky Neck Avenue and Eastern Point Road. 1999 was a wonderful year with this art festival, and the T.S. Eliot
International Symposium.

Very pleasing to the eye, Gypsy - thanks for sharing. I love Mulhaupt's use of light, shadows and perspective.
les - where are the Mulhaupt WPA paintings located in City Hall? Probably walked right by the many times - want to go back for a re-look. Don't walk in front of me, I don't follow. Don't walk behind
