My wife and I attended the mayor's State of the City presentation at the Fuller.
She did an outstanding job of giving a quick outline of where we stand.
Even though it was not a pretty picture, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
What impressed me the most was she had goals for each section or problem.
You could tell she had done her homework.
The negative part was ONLY about 200 folks bothered to show up.
With all the complaining I hear around town.
This was pathetic.
I hope that people realize we have a "gem" here and support her.
Not once did she use the most famous quotes used in regards to Gloucester, "Don't disrupt the status quo" or "That's the way we do it in Glousta"
We have a great chance to make this a better place for our children to live.
