First, there is not a glacier on earth that has been accuratly monitored since 3000 BC, so you have no FACT there.

And as for antarctica, it was not even seen until 1820, much less mapped. A Mr Ross[Ross Island, Ross Ice shelf] was there 20 years later, or about 30 years before the end of the little ice age. So when you hear about how antarctic ice is shrinking, it has no bearing on 'climate' since climate would require measurements dating back, oh lets be easy and say 500 years. As far as temperature, it has a record starting at the coldest point in time for which we have accurate measurements. What would you expect?

The UN is NOT never has been never will be a scientific organization. They are a cash moving organization, from rich countries to poor ones[not that that is an entirely bad idea] their stand on anything has to do with moving forward with that work.

Climate involves centuries as a smallest increment, millenia are relevant, not decades.

notice how all the press will say 'hottest in 125 years' or lowest level of 'x' in 125 years. Always ask, what happened 125 years ago. The end of the coldest period on record, that's what.

"Hottest recorded" Because they started recording 'decades' ago.
