Maggie-Self serving and pathetic??? Pathetic that this city can't send out the additional 3600 postcards because it claims it can't afford to do so,
when it would cost approximately $2,000.00 and stands to re-cover or collect an estimated $81,000.00. Self-serving-NO, just a suggestion to see how easily you
can get someone to do the job. I think it's a pretty smart idea. Look how quickly someone else was willing to do it and accept a low fee.
