An absolutely wretched day yesterday. Played Beaver Meadows in Concord NH, second oldest course in the state. Nephew shot 75, brother 92 and I staggered in
with a 101. I had good drives on almost every hole but skulled every single short iron. I don't think I've ever played the short game so poorly.
Amazingly, I didn't lose a single ball.

I haven't picked up a club in a couple of weeks. My milestone the last time I went out was not having a single hole in double digits. That's
progress!!! I would have liked to have played last weekend but we were on a quest to find the ultimate roller coaster experience. |

My 5 year old, Shenanigans, asked me out of the blue for a set of Golf Clubs...
I think I may get her some, as they seem to play at school alot, and of course, I am NOT one to discourage any of my children from participating in a Sport |

#2 loves it Zanny. He and I can get in 9 holes after school or just go to Sun and Air and hit a bucket of balls while we are waiting to pick up #1 from school. I'm so glad that we picked up the game. There aren't many other sports that I can look forward to playing for years. |

My older was just talking about yours the other day.... My brother sent the kids a Wii System, and she was telling Mr Zanny about playing with your children... We have had some MAD games of DDR here!! I think I am just going to get Miss Shenanigans the Little Tykes set for now... She is only 5, and we have like 7 acres... and the best part... a dog that will retrieve them for us!! |
