By the way, I keep meaning to post that Stop & Shop has scallops fresh from George's Bank for $9.99/lb. right now. They are delicious! They are a
little smaller and darker in color than their usual sea scallops but the flavor is unbelievable. I fixed dinner for a friend last night and I seared the
scallops and served them on top of a home-made Caesar salad. YUM! Get them before they are gone!!!

You could get so much better quality for the same $$$$$$ at a fish market in the area. The stuff you get at the grocery store is often very sub par product.
