They wont buy those tickets in this town . I'm guessing the maintenance and support staff will be contracted out the same way its done at other
shopping centers. An employment agency will provide staffing for the assisted living facility. They will van load them in. People who live here will demand a
higher wage. Not a cheap place to live and the developers know that. You cant make a living wage working retail.
