There is also going to be bus service at Gloucester Crossing with service to downtown along with several kiosks with brochures for the local merchants that sell vastly different products than I see being offered at Gloucester Crossing.
From what I understand Sam Park is also going to be funding "Shop Gloucester" ads on radio and print touting Gloucester as a shopping destination for downtown as well as his project and that those ads are going to start running well before any of the shops in his proposal are built. As far as I can see it he is trying to work in conjunction with downtown not against it.
