What a beautiful morning! The weather was fantastic. The company was delightful. The birds were showing off.
We walked Eastern Point, met some interesting people along the way and had a great time!
I led with an image of a Gray Catbird which had to be the bird the "Bird of the Day". Not that it is an uncommon bird or anything. Quite the
opposite, we could not get away from them. They were everywhere!

before he was 10, hoisting himself up into tree tops, trying to place fallen birds back into their nests. ( Which we later found out, never worked
anyway.) He welcomes them back from all over, on Cape Cod now, during their migratory journeys.
