Back to glass bottles for babies too.
In fact I think the stuff is virtually impossible to avoid. Somewhere along the line practically everything is stored in it or passes through pipes made of it. Damon |

Tell me about it. The Mrs read that story and it cost $80 to replace the old ones with the new "safe" ones.

No worries - I figure we've all ingested far too much that's bad for us already - from the fluoride in our water, lead paint, all the other stuff in
the water (back when dumping everything was legal), building on former dump sites, mold, contaminated food, formaldehyde in our furniture, all the tons of
toxins in our cleaning products, all the toxins in our shampoos, soaps, etc..........

I had been using one of these as a bike water bottle for a long time. At the same time, I was wondering why one of my legs was growing longer than the other.
Here, thanks to Mr. Putt, is the reason!

I was wondering why one of my legs was growing longer than the other. Alas. If only one could choose which appendage to grow longer...........
True art is moral: it seeks to edify life, not to debase it, to hold off, at least
for a little while, the twilight of the gods and of us.

I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you!
You have one of those as well, Gypsy? Who knew! To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.-Theodore Roosevelt, The Kansas City Star, May 7, 1918 |

You know, of course, that the 'born free' bottles will have some much nastier chemical in them that they will find out about in 10 years.......
