How it works is you can put in a Thumbs Up, which is something positive, or a Thumbs Down, which is something you are upset about...YOU don't have to use names, or you can just make references... I always look forward to it, as some people are truly hysterical, with out them even knowing I'll start. Thumbs Up to Cloud Tree for a super nice PM to me...
