One more thumbs up from me. I'm not a big fan of video games in general but Wii Fit is the coolest thing. It measures your weight and BMI.... you key in your age and it analyzes your fitness. The yoga is my favorite. It can detect your center of balance and body movements and you adjust your posture and pose accordingly so that you achieve the proper balance. It is really hard but great! As your strength improves and your pose improves, your score is higher. There are aerobic excercises, strength training, balance games and yoga. The running portion takes you through a path and you can measure your progress and speed along the way. I HATE to run but it's fun!
