Put in 3 ac units after coming home from Sox game last night. My daughter's room was 89 degrees before we cranked the ac up--not exactly ideal for
sleeping.

The thing that stinks about AC, is getting used to it then collapsing when you go outdoors. It's good for making sure that you get a good night's
sleep, but it's better to just bite the bullet (if you're one of those wimpy types, that can't take it). Enjoy this weather! Just think about those
dark, rainy days in February!

I played golf on Sun am, then softball Sun afternoon, man, talk about HOT, I had a full lather going for both occasions and came close to heat stroke, had to
retreat to my A/C around 6:00pm last night, lost a lot of fluids, that's for sure, and putting back in Bud Light did not help.

The UPS guy just delivered a package and was pouring sweat. I asked him if there was at least a fan in his truck and he said no, UPS won't spring for them!
No wonder he shaves his head in the summer. Then I asked him about his truck and if it has a governor on the speed it can go. He said its a diesel Freightliner
and his governor is set for 75mph! WTF?!? If they set the governor to 65mph, they could afford at least fans in their trucks.

Been there, done that (drove a truck for a living many moons ago with no A/C or HEAT), in the summer I sweated my nuggets off, and in the winter I froze the
very same nuggets off, I feel for those guys.

They put my WOODSTOVE in today. Lucky I have a ceiling fan in that room. It wasn't bad for the installers, but took some of the thrill from what I had
