Well then? Your constant rant calling me a racist is over. The title now officially removed.
No, because YOU obviously think it's people who are DIFFERENT from you, especially ethnically, who are on welfare.

That is not just true with respect to ethnicity. You just have no idea as to my background.
But yes, to some extent with the pictures posted above... Yep. Just looked at them again. I fear I am prejudiced as I look at these dudes. Pretty sure none of the people posted above have jobs that could support themselves or a family. Unless they are tattoo artists or in the carnival or some side show. They definitely LOOK different than me (and you too). And I would love to know if any of you would hire them. |

Every time welfare comes up, or people who don't look like you come up -- you say that same damned thing... "they're" on welfare.
You are racist to the core. You are a broken record about it, for heaven's sake... Just asking Leftie? Do you work with guys like these? Would you hire guys like these? My company has a NO visible tattoo rule. Are they racists or bigots?
Maybe I'll get a nice tattoo on my arm and then sue them for firing my ass.

Yes, I would hire them.
A dress or appearance code banning tats is not racist... only a dullard would think so... Really? Then you must not work with the public. Just put the picture in your head of the soccer mom & kids, or grandma, or dear Aunt Mary cashing out at
the grocery store with one of these people behind the cashier.
Anyhow. Must be off to work. |

No, I just don't care if the public judges people as shallowly as you do.

Tattoos and piercings are pretty main stream now. There is not a lot of shock value seeing tramp stamps on pretty girls or barbed wire around guys biceps. I hire kids all the time and its hard not to find a college or high school kid that doesn't have a tattoo.I'm usually interested in their experience and personality not their tattoo. As for dealing with the public I think most customers have someone in their life who has a tattoo and they might talk about the why of it but I have never ever had a complaint . |

But ya ain't working in Corporate America with barbed wire around your neck. You are no doctor, dentist, nurse, librarian, youth director, minister....etc
with tats all over your face, neck, and arms.

When you make an appointment with one of these corporate America types do you ask if they have a tattoo?

Was on the train today coming back from Beantown; coincidently, the woman sitting next to me told of her RN friend ("and she is a damn good nurse")
who was recently canned from a Boston hospital because of a small tat on her arm.

Not exactly..but when I interview, personal appearance and presentability are certainly factored in. Now the dude above....in the police uniform....that just
might work.
