Yep - it is. In liquid Benedryl there's 12.5 mg. of diphenhydramine in each teaspoonful.

Anyone heard of Moon Drops? My Mom started using them last
week and is RAVING about them. They are homeopathic. I'm getting some because my sleep is all screwed up - staying awake until 3am even though I'm
really tired, then waking up four hours later wide-awake. Makes it tough to be productive when you feel like a zombie.

Ok Muffy, tried the green imagery, not much luck. All I kept imagining was a huge vat of pea soup, and I hate pea soup. Any other non-medicinal suggestions?

Watch your diet.
No fruit or other high sugar foods after dinner. No caffeine including chocolate after noon. Try to drink more water than you usually do. Do manual labor, exercise, blah, blah, blah... Give yourself permission to worry about it tomorrow. |
