The parade usually travels on the eastbound lane (toward downtown), and I believe the break is there. I figure they may just move to the other lane until
they're past the busted pipe.

while fixing a sinkhole, the DPW struck a resident's water service line that wasn't down the usual 3-4 feet. It was quickly fixed and everything is now
OK. the sky didn't fall.
