Here comes the brown water...
To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.-Theodore Roosevelt, The Kansas City Star, May 7, 1918 |

Looks like its location might be an issue. Does anyone know?

Thanks--the graphics are excellent. Looks like it is right on the parade route. Is it one of the 20 inch mains?

The parade usually travels on the eastbound lane (toward downtown), and I believe the break is there. I figure they may just move to the other lane until
they're past the busted pipe.
I hope so, anyway. To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.-Theodore Roosevelt, The Kansas City Star, May 7, 1918 |

while fixing a sinkhole, the DPW struck a resident's water service line that wasn't down the usual 3-4 feet. It was quickly fixed and everything is now
OK. the sky didn't fall.

Ah, not a water-main break after all...
