If you have problems logging in or viewing the message board, you should try accessing the Bug Reports at the Yuku Support Forums. It might be helpful to add that page to your favorites. I also have links on the Cape Ann Web site map to all the Yuku Support/Help pages. The support
boards may be on a separate server from most other boards - they seem to very often be accessible when most boards are down or are the first to come up in a
system-wide outage. If you can access those forums, you will be able to see if there are system-wide issues or if a problem is specifically with your account.
You are also encouraged to post there about any bugs you encounter. Sometimes there is a quick fix for individual problems, but they can't fix it if they
don't know about it.
You can also try reporting login and other issues with a Help Ticket.
I'd also like users to report bugs here so I can check for answers in the support forums and/or report them. When posting about a bug, please include OS and Browser, including version.

AOL does not like Yuku. If you use AOL and have logging-in issues, I can try adjusting some settings for specific user accounts. I don't know for sure if it will work, but it's one work-around that I've seen. Please email me if you cannot log in or have trouble staying logged in - even if you are not using AOL. (WER - I responded to your email. Please let me know if you still have problems.)
IE6 has some problems with Yuku. One that I've seen: IE6 does not accommodate the width of the Shout Box and creates a horizontal scroll bar in addition to a vertical one. I have not seen a horizontal scroll bar in Firefox or IE7.
I did convey to Yuku my frustration with down time after finding the board down this past Saturday morning:
"While Yuku's features and ease of customization have it all over ezboard, I did not have the number of blips, hiccups and down time that I've experienced on Yuku in just the past month. This outage is going on 12 hours. My last ezboard Gold payment was a pretty penny and as others have said, it's becoming unacceptable for paying customers."
