A quick PSA - the Licensing Board meets tonight (Tuesday) at 6:30p at City Hall to review renewals for entertainment licenses - the excerpt below is from a letter from the Chair of the board, Ed Pasquina: "...the Licensing Board will no longer approve Entertainment Licenses as one, as in the past manner, which in my view was flawed. Each new or renewed Entertainment license will appear on the Licensing Board Agenda as a specific and distinct item, thus allowing any party of interest to be heard or provide input as to what if any effect that license will have upon its neighbors. On April 8, 2008 at the Kyrouz Auditorium the following Entertainment License applications will be presented to the Board for renewal: MadFish Grille, Captain Carlo's, The Gull, The Rudder, Annisquam Yacht Club and Spruce Manor. Therefore if you or any of your constituents are desirous of offering any input thereof you may do so by appearing at the meeting or reducing your comments to writing of which I assure you will be read into the Record."
