Lowe is Causing Kirk Major Damage |
Lead | |
|
Linda Lowe is still doing evil deeds in the cities name. A Mayor needs to realize that the acts of every city employee reflect on the Mayor. Lowe is letting
her personal feelings and hatreds get in the way of what is best for the city as a whole, and the residents may be stuck with the bills in the end. I had a
wonderful talk with Carolyn on May 15th, but since then Lowe has been on a rampage in the opposite direction. Not good, and time is running out.

You are sooooooooooooooo off base, SCA. Trust me. I would let this thread drop and disappear. Heads up.

What are the "evil deeds"?

Realist,
I was in court with Lowe on the 23rd. I got home after 5pm as I'm sure Lowe did, and the next day received another large filing from Lowe dated the 23rd. She must have stayed up all night typing to get it in the Dale Ave. box in the morning so I'd get it on the 24th. If you saw the lowlifes who she joined forces with just to mess with me, you would vomit. |

Be more specific, SCA...in court about what issue. The potential problem with communicating only your emotions regarding an issue, rather than presenting the
facts, is that people start imagining and assuming stuff that may be way off base. Not fair to your audience or, in the long run, to you. Or to the supposed
perpetrator - in this case LL.
Many use this tactic on purpose - to leave people hanging and wondering and frustrated and angry. Plain and simple, it's a control trip, made by people who need to feel superior in order to assuage their insecurities and low self-esteem. But, you know all about this dynamic. This description does not fit the SCA I know and like and respect. Don't walk in front of me, I don't follow. Don't walk behind
me, I don't lead.

Realist,
There are three court cases involved in this. We have spent $150,000 in the past two years. Some is in regard to to Lowe bypassing the public hearing process. Other parts involve Mcloeds threats against me when he was a city official. There is a $2,000,000 suit against the city that I offered to settle for nothing if Kirk undid things caused by Lowe and Mcleod. I don't know how long Lowe will be there, but every hour she holds the position, she can play games as she has in recent days. Lowe has been trying for two years to get things dismissed, but the court has refused. If we have to continue to respond to Lowes games and filings then we will have to offer a lawyer a percentage of the winnings. If we have to do that then we can't let the city off without paying. If Kirk continues to allow Lowe to run wild, then Kirk will have face the consequences. After Wednesday I was ready to start a recall petition on Kirk. If one of Lowes Motions to dismiss succeeds I'll re-file naming Kirk as a defendant. |

Thanks, SCA. Appreciate your sharing some of the facts. I know the situation must be difficult for you. I hope additional facts will be forthcoming

2 mil suit against the city? For what? And who is "we"? By posting this as Realist mentions, you should be more specific! As a tax payer in this city
I'm sure most of us would like specific info on what your squabble is about.

Two million? Why? Is it a one-upmanship situation in which you want to beat Lowe? If so, get off your high horse because WE, the taxpayers of the city,
can't afford your ego trip.

As stated we offered to work with the city to resolve several matters in three court cases at no cost. Lowe is laying waste to this city out of revenge, like
Hitler did at the end of the war in ordering the destruction of his own country, and kirk needs to understand that..
Some subjects involved have been discussed at length here for the past two years and those who have read them know the city has no leg to stand on. If the victims are willing to let the city off with simply undoing the consequences of it's actions, everyone should be grateful. It's Lowe's games that are getting in the way. If anyone doesn't understand this last post, simply read the whole thread over and remember what as been posted over the past two years. I've been very forthcoming, but don't have time to rehash things over and over. Clearly no negotiations can take place between Lowe and myself the way she is behaving. She even refused to except documents on Wednesday in front of the court clerk. The clerk was stunned. |

The prize for the Morash family is protecting their yard they have had for 55 years that the Planning board at the direction of Lowe granted 12 waivers
enabling the destruction of it as well as the destruction of the Thomas yard. The Morash family has spent $120,000 on a lawyer as a result of this. The Thomas
family doesn't have the money for lawyers to protect their yard because the son of Bud Williams cost them $60,000 in the Schooners Fiasco. Bud Williams
himself helped grant the 12 waivers to the developers and was the lead spokesman for the PB behind the scenes in non public negotiations with the developers.
The neighborhood feels that Bud Williams should not have been involved at all, because of all the damage his son has done and all of the bad feelings there.
The project is not next to the neighborhood, it is planned through the existing neighborhood. The real prize is for us to just be left alone and forget about everything, but we are forced to respond. Without waivers to the rules, the project can't go through, period. We don't want to fight, we just want to be left alone. |

Does the Morash family pay the taxes on the yard you are interested in protecting? If they don't pay the tax bill, they don't own it and it is not
their yard.

That simple question, posed above, will lend an easy resolution to the issue at hand.

That is a bit simplistic Matisse. If your next door neighbor led his sump pump outlet hose to the property line so the effluent ran into your basement, would
that be all right?
Damon |

No that would be WRONG. Even in Essex.
When in doubt, twirl.
