It's been a few years since I had to do it but I need to swap out one of my cable boxes. Does Comcast still have their "local office" in the Blackburn Industrial Park? I cannot find a local number to call them and when I got through on the 800 line to comcast, they said they could send someone out (for a fee, of course) to swap the box or I could just take it to the local office. When asked where the local office was and what the number was, I was transferred and never came out of telephone purgatory.

I would consider going with one of the satellite companies if I didn't have that huge hill of rocks behind my house.
